Just drove 2 1/2 hours for a specific vehicle only to find the vehicle did not have multiple options that were advertised. Dealership was unwilling to compromise. False advertisement? I would never make the mistake of dealing with Chevrolet of New Bern again! I would rate them a zero if I could!!
I came in actually looking for a car for my boyfriend, but was blown away by Michelle and Don's willingness to work with my budget and even the fact that I wouldn't be able to start payments right away. I needed to trade in my car for something reliable as soon as possible, and they made it happen. It feels good to no longer have to pray every time I get behind the wheel. You guys are awesome!
We have had the best experiences at this dealership! Everyone we have encountered has been awesome, especially Mr Freddie Mercer, the Sales Representative we always deal with. He goes above and beyond to help you in any way possible during and after the sale. He has sold us our last 3 vehicles. Debbie, in the service department/cashier is also outstanding, friendly and helpful. We are hoping to trade by the end of the year and it will be with Chevrolet of New Bern.
Getting a little pushy on trying to sell you other things. But I still trust them with my vehicles.
So...I had a sudden problem with my car today, drove straight to Chevrolet of New Bern and told them about it. I was there about an hour. The problem that frightened me so was minor and they fixed it. They also washed my car (so much pollen) and vacuumed it out. I mean, who does that? Chevrolet of New Bern does that, that's who. I wanted to thank you guys "Publically" for taking care of my car so well. so, Thank you guys, I do appreciated you.
Had a little setback when, after waiting for an extended period of time, my car had only received an inspection and no oil change. The staff in the service department was awesome in response to this issue! They handled the situation with impeccable customer service! I am so impressed by them, and my husband and I will continue to use Chevy of New Bern for all of our service needs.
Very seamless transaction and great purchase experience. Always purchased outside of New Bern but wanted buy locally and give CNB a chance. Eveyone was very plesant and helpful. Didn't have the vehicle we wanted so they got it there the next day! Will be back for my next purchase.
