Very unprofessional, I called about a vehicle and they told me it was available, I told them I was coming right then and was an hour away, they said come in! I arrive and they say sorry we just sold the car you called in advance and drove an hour to see!!! I went to chevrolet of new bern to purchase a new truck and after talking to two different salesman; neither salesman could show me a truck except on paper and was not sure of the options. The managers were more concerned about how much I was willing to spend and what my monthly budget was! Not concerned with the price and only concerned with the price for each vehicle and insuring a fair price on that vehicle and the options on each vehicle; I walked away and went to Cella Ford. I went there for a steering rack problem and it is still messed up on my Equinox. They changed my rear brakes and never mentioned the front. Now I’m at Family Tire changing rotors and calipers because my front brakes locked up. Absolutely terrible service.
Jeff Woods is the best! This was my third dealership of the day and my second stop called me back while I was in his office. They offered me pretty close to required pricing for the perfect truck for me and I bought the Equinox from Jeff instead. He is personable, professional, courteous, thoughtful, and straight forward. He did not make one single comment trying to “sell” me something that I wasn’t interested in. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from him as well!
