Bought a Chevy traverse there in July. Was told if we bought the extended warranty that it would cover anything and everything till 120,000 miles. Yesterday the car broke down on us. Took it to the closet Chevrolet place it would make it to. Found out that our warranty that we paid extra for won’t cover any of the repairs it needs. I had a fantastic experience with Chevy New Bern when I traded in for as 2020 Trail Boss. Victor was my salesman and went so far out of his way to make me feel valuable it was unreal. He brought three vehicles to my house to look at because I didn't know which color I liked best. Rory was the same manager and was equally fantastic. He made sure I got exactly what I wanted and made me feel like I was a priority. I would absolutely recommend anyone in the market for a new vehicle to stop by and give them a chance.
