Chevy of New Bern has the best Service Department and Customer Service around. I drive from Washington NC to New Bern to have my 2015 Suburban and 2017 Camaro serviced. They treat me like family and my vehicles like gold. There competition, which I only live 10 minutes from, doesnt compare. Thank you Chevy of New Bern for doing such an excellent job.
This is my first time working with Chevy of New Burn the sales staff Mike and Don to care of me with my trade in and got me the best deal for my 2013 Chevy Silverado. Great experience, transmission failed, the vehicle was transported to Chevrolet of New Bern at about 10:00 am, by 11:00 they had it diagnosed, warranty taken care of, transmission ordered, courtesy vehicle provided.....what more can you say....

We cannot thank the service department enough. As we were headed home to PA from Emerald Isle, our car began to make a noise and it continued to get louder. We had no option but to find a garage that was open and willing to check it out and fix it at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. We came upon Chevrolet of New Bern. Thank God for these guys. They not only fixed our car but didn't try to rip us off. Our lug nuts were loose on our front tires as well as a caliper bolt.
