I found Sharna in desperation after having my hair "attempted" by a "25 year expert educator" down the street. Upon leaving my 5-hour hair appointment disappointed (all over color/cut), I saw Cheveux's sign while walking to my car, almost in tears. I decided to stop in to see if someone could fix the horrible, unblended layers and short/choppy/heavy face framing I had on my long (once beautiful) hair... it simply looked like an amateur took a pair of scissors to my mane.
