I've had horrible experiences at the dentist & periodontist in the past but that all changed once I met Dr.Patil .Wow where do I start first of all he Listens to you and addresses all your concerns. He is so gentle, professional,kind , and a great personality. Debbie his assist. is just as awesome. They make a great team. They constantly asked if I was ok n relaxed. They walk u through the whole process. I had bone graphing,an implant with no pain. He gave me a follow up call.Highly recommended

I saw this Dr. in NYC. Brought my very expensive ( paid out of pocket ) panoramic, periapical x-rays. +, 3 cd's/dvd of my past tests to the office,which lovely receptionist confirmed in front of me. After consultation said he would get back to me with recommendations. Never heard back. Weeks passed I called office was told he injured his hand that he would get back to me. More weeks passed never got back. WEEKS later I call to retrieve my records. He LOST them & LIED about how many. SCARY !
