This management company is HORRIBLE. 3 years ago when we moved in it was under a different management company. They were great, and we loved living here. When Valiant Residential took over the whole complex went downhill very fast. We absolutely hate living here and cannot wait to leave!! They are impossible to physically reach on the phone, they never address problems, and they charge you unexpected fees that they are somehow unable to revoke. Beware of this management company they are the furthest thing from even sub-par. I guess it is a trend in this city or perhaps a contest to see which is the slumiest most incompetent sheisty living management company, I can tell this company is trying their hardest to maintain that title. I've had several bad situations with this company. Before I moved in I asked the lady that showed me my apartment how that maintenance was she said they come and get everything fixed right away. I made sure to let her know that I was leaving my apartments at the time because the maintenance was horrible there and I didn't want to deal with it in my new place of residence. On Friday 10/2/20 my stove quit working completely. I notified the after hours emergency maintenance number... no response.. no return call. On Saturday 10/3/20 I again phoned the office... voicemail.. no response.. In addition I placed another online maintenance request. No response.. Sunday 10/4 .. no response. On Monday 10/5/20.. I called the corporate office and asked what the name was of the individual who ran this property so that I could speak to them. Andrea (last name unknown) because she gave me non stop attitude from the moment I called stated she would not give me her last name. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of responses on the numerous emails I have sent. I moved out on 24 June, and I am still getting bills. I just got yet another bill this one for $27.71 for utilities. This is in addition to the one I got for the electric. However, what I still have not gotten is my refund of a $150 security deposit or the prorated amount that I overpaid for June's rent. I paid $1,032.95 on June 2 and moved out on 24 June, which should mean a refund of $206.59 for a total of $356.59. I need the refund fo... read more

I am very disappointed with the new management, there is abuse on the charges for the utilities, I have try to reach them through the website, no one has ever contacted me with any answers in regards of the problem. I also went to the office before all the COVID19 started, I was told someone will call me since they were investigating on that utilities charges problem, but nobody reach back to me.
