I've been living at The Boulders for over 10 years a lot has changed in the last 4 months. We no longer have security and covered parking is a complete nightmare. I have lived at encore at hometown for the last year. The apartments boasted a club house, pool, gym and secured access, so when I chose to move to this community I felt as me and my young child would be safe (single mom)... the month after I moved in a storm knocked power out of the building and since then every door in my building has been zip tied open as they have refused to fix the issue, and with out zip thing the doors open you have no access to your apartment. The valiant property Northpoint villas in fort worth are incredibly dangerous, especially to those with families. Among many issues I recently had to ask the front office to control their tenant living above me, after they contacted the tenant, the tenant came to my front door while I was working and started banging on the door while my 7-year-old child with special needs was also home. I have been living at a Valiant property for almost six months now. I feel deeply unsafe living here. On a weekly basis, we have homeless men sleeping in our hallway. There have also been many instances of feces left for at least a week on hall floors. I have spoken with the building manager, about this many times and she claims that Valiant does not have enough funds to increase security systems. The new on-site staff is extremely rude, and unprofessional in the way they talk to residents. I have lived at ********** ***** in San Antonio for almost 3 years, and have never had a problem until the new management took over about 3 months ago. We pay a decent amount of money to live there, and it doesn't show. The lack of communication from them is ridiculous, and when they do respond it's never nice. I lived in Valiant Residential's *********** Apartments in Rockwall, TX from August 2020 to September 2021. It was truly a horrendous experience. I put in at least a dozen pest control requests for the dozens of roaches and rats in the walls. Everything was cheap and old and they simply painted white over everything. I paid $1285 a month to live in less than optimal conditions. My neighbors had it worse. This apartment complex has a deal with tow companies to Tow "Resident Vehicles". Staying at this apartment at your own risk. They care only about what they can get from you. They have an agreement with a towing company (its written into the lease agreement) Your vehicle will be towed at least once or twice. They do not run your tags to see if your car is registered. Called this company regarding their apartment complex Corey Place in Grand Prairie. They really don't seem to care that they are evicting people who are approved for the Texas rent relief program. The woman on the phone said that it varies by property. I informed her that I went to court and was told that they didn't want the money but instead wanted to proceed with eviction. Do yourself a favor & just don't! The office staff simply is inept & just honestly doesn't care. Oh they'll lie to you & tell you they will resolve the issue. They will even tell you the issue is not their fault. It's "previous management's" fault. But do not ever go in with the expectation that they will actually do what they say.
