Met Heather for the first time earlier today. She carried out a thorough examination of my teeth, and proceeded to clean them just as thoroughly. She also took the time to go over various problem spots with me, letting me know how I might improve my own cleaning of them. She was very efficient, yet not at all hurried, and obviously prepared to take whatever time was needed, whether for cleaning, or explaining. Dr. Yokoyama is a total gem among dentist and Doctors! He had come very highly recommended and he was more caring, considerate, and easy to work with than I anticipated, even with the recommendation. I don't know about the everyone else but the very idea of going to a dentist is very frightening to me, because of previous experiences.
