I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Yokohama probably hands-down the most gentle caring knowledgeable holistic dentist around other than Dr. Chandler in Utah. I fell in love with him and his office. They have a wonderful staff there, which is a reflection of the doctor. I feel safe and confident going back to get my work completed on my teeth.

Dr. Yokoyama is kind, sensitive, and highly skilled. His office staff is very welcoming. I am very pleased with his work.
After thorough research for a dentist, I discovered Dr. Yokoyama at the International Academy of Oral Medicine and Toxicology. The IAOMT is an organization which helps patients achieve a higher quality of dentistry through safer and less toxic methods. Yokoyama and the staff were all friendly and professional from front to back office. The facility is very clean, welcoming and comfortable with easy listening music to ease you into your healing and wellness experience.
Everything about this office and everyone who works here is outstanding - starting of course, with Dr. Yokoyama himself. Kind, caring, astute, intuitive, technically superb, great sense of humor, and patient. He does his homework and stays current. Instead of using my name or anonymous, please use "I.G. of Los Angeles." Dr. Yokoyama performed the anaesthetic injection so skillfully that I barely felt it. Then, he removed decay and filled the cavities with resin composites that blend beautifully. The dental hygienist, Rae, who took care of the prophylaxis was very thorough, gentle and a good teacher. The entire staff was very welcoming and helpful. 5 Stars to everyone.
