BEWARE very unethical sales habits bait and switch. Or as I was told in there own words we can't honor deal we made with you because we used you as leverage ( their words). Wasted half day of my time justifying their behavior with I am sorry our salesman don't know our policy's. Left numerous messages for Jim Gill never responded instead tried to have his BOYS handle me. I had to wait about 2 weeks to get in for an oil change. I arrived on time for my appointment to find out that it was about a 2 hr wait. Spoke with the manager who offered to reschedule but can’t reassure that they usually on time for scheduled appointments. What’s the point of appointments (for a simple quick oil change) if you can stick to the times?
Loved this place, I just bought a 2018 GMC Terrain. I worked with Connery Schebel this is one straight up professional salesman and would recommend him for your next purchase. Their Finacial person Marilee was amazing . Great place to buy a car they make you feel like family.
