My wife and I went to the dealership and were not really sure we were ready to purchase a new truck over a used one. We were looking at some of the models out front and Joey approached us when we were ready to ask questions. He led us inside to talk about multiple offers and prices comparing a used and new trucks and spent over 2 hours with us as we made a decision. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. We had verbal agreement that we were coming out the next day to buy a car. we were ready to walk out the door to drive to Columbus, two hours away and they called us and said the car sold. The salesman Joe told us he considered the car sold and had it pulled from inventory to have detailed and ready for us to pick up. The general manager, Andy didn't seem to care what happened and said there was no down payment so they sold it to someone else. Our sales man Joe NEVER asked for a deposit down. It was a pleasure working with Joey and the Chesrown Dealership. They were all very friendly and helped whenever they could. Communicating with them was a breeze as most of my questions were answered via texting or email. There was no hassle or push to by things I was not interested in. In shopping around price wise I found that no one in central Ohio even came close. I am very happy with my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLT!! I look forward to stopping in for my free oil changes in the coming years!

We purchased a preowned car and found out the next day that it had a wheel bearing going out. Notified the dealership and they asked us to bring it back for a look. Took it back the next day and they gave us another car to drive while they repaired our car. Picked it up the day after that. Fully repaired at no charge. I worked with Joe and Glen and was very satisfied with my buying experience and the quick fix of the issue. They were both very cordial and apologetic. Thanks guys!

Joey was our dealer and we couldn't have been happier. He got us into just the right truck we needed. He was very knowledgeable and no high pressure sales.
