Worst dealership experience ever. Can’t pay their bills and don’t know how to treat their customers. Forecast is bankruptcy for this horrible place.

A scheduled appointment for just an oil change, I arrived 10minutes prior to appt time and waited 2hrs before it was completed. No one came out to let me know they were behind or anything. Finally was notified I was finished,I asked what the issue was that took an oil change 2hrs my response from the cashier “ I don’t know I was at lunch” Really!!! WHATS THE POINT IN MAKING AN APPOINTMENT?!!!! I drive over an hour to get there so it was a 4hr ordeal for oil change!!!
Shayne was fantastic to work with! He was knowledgable, very nice and helpful without being pushy.
