Finally got my truck back from Chesrown. Not the least bit impressed with customer service in the repair section. First truck was two days later than promised, not a big deal if anyone had called Saturday and informed me of that, but oh, that slipped their mind. Said it would be ready Sunday, no call, I checked, the tech wasn’t even working Sunday...... Then I go to pick it up. We just leased a GMC Terrain and I have never been so impressed and happy with a car before. The Chesrown, staff and our salesman, Todd Blair were more than helpful and took their time with letting me decide what car I wanted, explained all pros and cons of leases and let me test drive different models. I had the absolute best experience at Chesrown. The staff was extremely helpful and they went above an beyond to help me find the car I wanted. I especially want to thank John Albanese. He gave me the most amazing deal on my car! He was constantly searching for different deals on cars to get me exactly what I wanted. This was my first experience buying a car and I will definitely go back to John at Chesrown! I highly recommend going to them!
