Thank you Nash and Marco for your excellent service and attention to detail. I arrived on Long Island from NJ late Friday night when I heard a strange noise from the engine. Father's Day wknd seeing family, etc. Don't know if my car is safe to drive, especially back to NJ on a holiday wknd with more traffic. Called the nearest Volvo dealer. Spoke with Nash who was personal and professional on the phone. He immediately said I could bring the car in right away and they'd take a look. Very nice people. .no pressure at all. You go there, explain your situation, tell what you need.. they find the way to make a solution and make you happy… I’m very thankful to salesperson Jim Seviour and sales manager Dylan and Finance manager Nicholas Locascio. I am very grateful that I was treated with respect knowing it was going to be difficult to solve an intermittent problem with my 2020 S60. But, Nash listened, gave me a loaner and I believe did everything they could. Unfortunately, the problem was not resolved. I am confident it will be in the future. It was a pleasure dealing with Nash! I would say he was outstanding.

I was informed every step of the way. The service advisor Ray Nuccio was professional, informative, and knowledgeable.
