I was very happy with the Sales person Lana Vladi. me and my wife came to look at cars and Vladi was happy to assist us . she recommend a test drive .We did test drive on a S60 and XC60..she explained the The different feature in each car is pretty impressive at the end, I still wasn’t sure what car I won't. or even if I was going to buy one.she wasn’t pushy sales person .Like some salespeople are. I went into this dealership today which is october24,2023 and from the moment I walked through the door I felt very welcomed and comfortable. The staff is unbelievable. I dealt with Marco chow,Josef and Doug. All three were exceptional. I even meant the owner. She was right in the dealership and from what I’m told is there everyday.
