Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. They gave me advice about what I could do at home to prevent tooth decay, and it's really helped. They are very knowledgeable. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? No, I didn't receive anything at all Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? Yes, but it didn't bother me much Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? A little.
