I entered this program in hopes it would helped the working poor, only to find out it does not. There is something wrong with this program I was giving help on a 50% scale. the Dentist they sent my case to want $2500.00 for a full extraction and there is no way I could afford such amount. Would you recommend this dentist to others? Absolutely Not Does this provider take that extra step to make you feel special? Never Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Yes, I received sample toothbrushes and toothpaste Did this provider give the impression that they cared about your concerns? No

Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Was this dentist's staff friendly? Not Really

I went here yesterday under emergency circumstances. Pain that would not subside or go away. I was checked and told I have absolutely nothing wrong and was sent away with no help or relief to my pain in my mouth. I went to another dentist this morning with even more unbearable pain and in my xray they found an abscess way up in my sinus cavity in the same area I was complaining about that Ferguson said I have nothing there. I have major dental difficulties due to "bad genetics" in my teeth. A friend told me to go to Ferguson Dental Clinic. I went one early morning and they decided 2 teeth needed to be pulled - a molar and a canine tooth. The canine tooth fractured as they were pulling it, resulting in them having to remove bone from around the tooth. I now have an indentation in the gumline where the bone was removed. Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Not at all, they rushed me out the door Was this provider's office too cold? Yes, I was freezing Was this provider's office clean? No, I didn't feel comfortable at all Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Never, I've been going here forever and they can't even remember my name Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Yes, I was in agony!

Were you provided with payment plan and fee information before your dental treatment was scheduled? Not really, they gave me a little information beforehand but not very much Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Was this provider's office easy to locate?
