Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? No, they were disgusting

No, he/she did not appear to care very much Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? No, they didn't show any sympathy or concern Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not really, sometimes I worry they're going to stop trying to help me

Did this dentist pressure you to get any unnessary dental procedures? No, they never pressured me Is this business in a safe neighborhood? Kind of, I didn't feel completely safe Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Not really, but I found a spot
