I would have given 4.5 to 5 stars, but when you have a problem...they don't contact you... I came in last Saturday and was thinking of buying a car...after thinking over the weekend we changed our mind on the specific car we put a deposit down. I let the salesman know, and he mentioned I need to come in to let his bosses know why I wasn't buying a car...I was thinking of still buying, but not now...I want my money refunded...as it is just being held and not actually charged. First Car Purchase Why straight fives? Because this dealership (and Jonathon Vaccaro) are totally awesome. I went in after having two bad experiences (one at Carmax and one at Nissan) and ended up not only looking at an awesome car, but purchasing said car. I've been a customer for several years and have always gotten mediocre service from the service department, up until recently when I returned to see about an issue with my vehicle. David Krause was very friendly and very professional and Ron Cagle was also amazing, when I had to follow up about the same issue. Both of them seemed to know what they were doing and knew how to treat customers. AND...I love the new location!
