My husband and I traded in his truck on December 12th, 2015... I have never seen a dealership so slow and unresponsive to its customers. We are STILL waiting to get the title of the vehicle we traded in our truck for. It's been over a month now. We call and leave messages and it takes days to get a response back. Your people were very nice and apologetic about this car not being as advertised. I understand that this was not your own listing but on autotrader. Still, your Internet Sales department should double check outsode listings for accuracy, especially since you paid for this ad to run. I came in last night to look at this Infiniti that was listed as having a manual transmission. It doesn't. Made an online appointment for service at a service department that wasn't even operational. Wasted two hours of my time and gas. Won't be using your services. Y'all can call folks if you aren't going to be open.

Bought a Santa Fe new in 2013.Still do not like the car .And have had to live with the fact that I got totally shafted in the deal.Had my accountant look over the paperwork and she pointed out just how bad the deal was.Will never forget that experience.The service department is just as dishonest.Completely quit going there.Now I drive extra to a different dealership.Will be glad to get rid of this car and will never allow myself to get that treatment again!! A lesson learned.

I was shopping for a family SUV with 3rd row seating. I checked out Nissan Pathfinders, Toyota Highlanders (I traded in a 2011 Venza) and Honda Pilots. I chose the Hyundai Santa Fe over their top competitors. It handles better, it looks better and hell, it is better than those other family SUV's. The staff at the dealership was awesome.
