They did all they could to help me get a second car
Service department needs to get it together. My experience today has changed my whole opinion about this dealership. Somebody actually told me it would take another 40 minutes before they got to my car because they were detailing another car but they were closing in 10 minutes...so go figure. All they had to do was tell me the truth and I would have understood that they wanted to go home but instead they made up some story so that I wouldn't wait around. I'm not stupid

Worst service I have ever received from a dealership!!!! Be careful about buying cars from this dealership. The mix up I received when my car needed a a NEW ENGINE after only a year, only got me a "I'm sorry,but that'll be $8,000 dollars!"

I took my car in here a couple of months ago for service due to not being happy with Rick Case in Roswell. I was pleased with the first visit, appointment made, car dropped off and ready the next day no problem. I have been calling now for 3 days to make an appointment to have service done.
