Ben was fast and ready to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted to pay. Will be back in 3 years for sure! Third Hyundai in a row for a reason.
This experience was much better than expected as I just went through the car buying process in February. I would say everyone was super friendly and I would definitely recommend Don. I never felt pressured on what car to purchase and they were willing to negotiate. I would have loved to give them an excellent rating but couldn't because of a couple of administrative issues that extended my already very long day at the dealership. I am so glad I walked through those doors! I was greeted right away by Chris and Jordan and they led me through the process with ease and located the perbfect car for me. Both were friendly and accommodating while also being thoroughly descriptive of my cars features. They truly changed my opinion of car dealerships as I was about to buy from car max. Chris and Jordan did a fabulous job and I will recommend seeing them to my friends and family!
I may be the only customer to give a dealership a 5 star review the day I signed my car over to the manufacturer due to the lemon law, but my experience with Hyundai of Kennesaw has been outstanding. We had the absolute best service! We actually bought a Honda Accord from them and I fully expected them to try to convince me to go with a Hyundai. Not even once. They knew exactly what I was looking for and what price we needed to stay around each month. They were phenomenal! Everyone from the sales person, to financing, to the business manager. I would definitely recommend the sales department to anyone. Top notch!

I went in yesterday to look at a specific vehicle instead I barely got acknowledge by the receptionist. When a sales person( forgot his name) did acknowledge me and I told him what I was looking for and my tough financial situation he tried to put me in something more expensive just bc of incentives. Not everyone that comes into a dealership has a perfect financial situation and the dealership should listen to the customer.
