You don't report your work to care fax and the guy that did our oil change did more taking and on his phone then doing his job I was not happy

We had a great truck buying experience. Selena, our salesperson, was fantastic. She was patient and found exactly what we wanted at a better price than we expected. Financing found a better rate for us than my credit union and again, better than we expected. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My service experience at Bill Hood makes me proud to have purchased my vehicle from there. The whole experience was exceptional. I scheduled online, where I could choose based on my schedule, drop off was quick, the wait was comfortable, they were done before I knew it. Pickup was fast also. This was how all service should be.
