Solid service overall. Was some confusion on my extended warranty but overall it was solid service
Family friendly environment. Selena was great in sales and enjoyable to work with. She provided the space necessary for me to make a decision. Also was kind and caring enough to let me leave during the middle of a sale to care of my mother who was in an accident. On top of that she followed up asking how my mother was doing. Greatly appreciated. Rob was great finance guy, he was funny, friendly, and not pushy. He explained everything I signed well and answered all the questions my posse had for him.
The salesperson we worked with Greg, was knowledgeable about the vehicles but was not overly pushy.

Amanda and her team were Amazing. The service I received was way beyond what I expected. From start to finish Amanda and the team explained I detail what was going on and how my vehicle would be serviced.
The work done on my car seems to have been done properly, which I appreciate. However, communication from the service department was absolutely terrible. I had to be the one to initiate all communication, and it was nearly impossible to even get my rep on the line. I had to call over 10 times. I understand it is a busy place, but that is not acceptable.
Great job. Was in and out very quick as I had another appointment. Would definitely recommend to a friend.
We purchased a kicks from the dealership. They took very good care of us. It was a first class experience.
