The servce center team is always helpful and polite. I drive 40 minutes just to have them complete the service and it is worth the drive.
The negotiation process left me feeling like I had been taken. The vehicle delivery process was handled well. Had I not been looking for this particular model and color combination I would not have proceeded with the purchase.
I was impressed by the service and genuineness shown by each department!!! Thy exceeded my expectations, unlike the past!!!
the young man at the service counter has the poorest customer service skills I have ever encountered, I had a scheduled service for my car on 6-19-25, I had asked the person whom I scheduled it with what it would cost for the service she stated it was 32.00 when I checked I the young man at the counter said it was 42.00 which he also added that the person did not know what she was doing, he also had a very condescending attitude that I was bothering him, because I questioned the price change, needless to say I cancelled my a... read more
Service department was friendly and quick with fixing my car and advised what needed to be done in the future
Great customer service and wonderful workers. Also listening to the customer and helping us out. Staff checks on you after your service is completed. Great company.
