Pulled up Greg Forness was waiting on me outside with the car ready to test drive. He went for a ride with me and was very helpful. Took vehicle in to have heating and AC checked. They could not find the issue and were watching on a response from Nissan tech. Said they would contact me with that info along with an estimate of suggested repairs. Never heard back despite calling at least twice and leaving multiple messages. I know they are short staffed in the service department but nevertheless I’m disappointed in their service.
