Amazing and beautiful flooring! Just completed a full kitchen remodel, which included replacing all of the flooring on the first floor. It was a mixture of carpet, 30-year-old tile and red oak flooring. Purchased the flooring directly from Chelsea Plank and my contractor did an amazing job installing the floors. The quality of the finish can withstand my dog (bulldog/terrier mix). She has a tendency to love to do zoomies and takes off like a bullet when it's treat time. I agree with Judy S. My floor is warped and has been since day 1. The installer insisted that it only needed to adapt to the house over the weekend. I drove to Chelsea about a (100 mile drive one way) and talked directly to the owner and he as much said they do not stand behind their product. He said the humidity has to be below at or near 30%. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!! They give you a “35 year “ guarantee… my floor is a bit over 5 years old and the floor looks terrible! I have called multiple times to have someone come look at it and finally last month someone came out and we were told there was nothing they can do because we have a dog!!!! Our issue is not in high traffic areas but in random non traffic areas. When we purchased the flooring I did exactly how they told me to clean it… the warranty is worthless but we will see what the court has to say.. save... read more

Just received wood flooring from this company. Found the flooring to be wrapped & bowed. And 30% with holes all the way thru. Some boards are 1/16" wider. I strongly would not recommend.
