I was told the 2017 cargo van had new tires and brakes. If I was not told that I would have had inspection done. About 1500 miles started having trouble. Took it to Tuffy. Back breaks looked original and front were in bad shape. Costing me 1200 dollars. I hate lying with a passion. What else will they lie about to make a sale. Also the sales rep told me I was getting a warranty. I didn't get that either. Do not buy a car from them.
I worked with Miranda. I've had better. I don not think they sell good cars.
This used car lot likes to buy auction vehicles and fix them up with cheap bodywork and cheap parts I was told vehicle had a clean title but carfax showed total loss. Salesman I dealt with didn’t communicate well and didn’t hold up his word. Very pushy trying to sell extended warranty’s and protection packages
They tell you one thing on the phone but when the paperwork arrives it's totally different. After you purchase a car from them they will ignore your calls. They delivered me a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited without the spare tire on the back but the picture advertised had it on there. Now they act like they are Helen Keller deaf & blind.
We were sold a lemon. Already put $4000 into the vehicle and not everything is fixed yet. I would NOT recommend this place at all. Go to a dealership and buy new.
