Last time I went the girl working at the front death was very rude. I'm a very polite person for some direction and I got a roll of the eyes and got dismissed pretty fast. But all the other time I've stayed there before the change and ministration it was good!

Great location, clean and old fashioned room, no complaints. The staff could be less grumpy though, but that is new yorkers in general. Gotta take it as it is.
