Great location - literally couldn’t ask for better - fab bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Very small room but can’t complain by NYC standards. Very happy to have private bathroom. Very upset about the lack of a lift for our suitcases but the lovely reception staff offered to help with the fairs. All in all I would definitely stay here again �

Rooms are extremely small (smaller than you'd think!) with cleaning standards much to be desired. The bed bases are shocking... I'd reconsider this hotel if you're looking for a romantic break (so squeaky & noisy!!) - they need replacing. Also, forget breakfast. There's 3 tables in the restaurant area... no where to sit. Sorry Chelsea inn, but you ought to up your standards. The only positive for this hotel was location.
We had a great week staying at this hotel. Our room was thankfully only on the second floor and it was cleaned and maintained daily. The free breakfast is a nice perk too! Close to the subway station and less than 2 blocks from Union Square.

Big ups to Delenia....she was the bomb very knowledgeable and professional. I call this a hidden treasure.....my stay was absolutely wonderful and affordable. I will stay again hopefully Delenia will still be at the front desk or promoted .
