Don't go to this hospital for Urgent Care. They "say" they provide urgent care services but if you have anything beyond a "conversation" - they will charge you Emergency Room prices. This is exactly what the customer service rep told me after I questioned the bill I received for Emergency Rom prices. Enormous rip off!!

I was very disappointed in my last visit. I took my aging parent in for possible pneumonia. I sat for 5 hours in the ER while nothing was done and she needed fluids. They ran some tests and said she had covid, even though there were no covid symptoms. I took her home, gave her a covid test and it was negative. Some fluids, antibiotics and she was back to normal. Chelsea has bought into the covid scam to make money off of the government protocols and completely disregarded the best interests of the patient. I would never g... read more
