The only good thing about this place is the lab. Otherwise, dont come. Front staff are rude and unwelcoming. The doctors do not take you seriously. Avoid this place if youre transgender or a woman especially. Ive been purposely misgendered multiple times and they'll brush off any female anatomy issues until theyre completely out of hand. They're lazy and refuse to elaborate on anything, if they even care to talk about your issues. Rude staff. Specially the older brunette. Healthcare is supposed to be a friendly faced team. Clearly. Not this lab.
I have always recieved good care. Physicians have been kind, listened well, explained tests and option. When I seek information via the portal.. always get an answer and treatments.
