Have been going here for 15 years. They are very accommodating; even when I have needed to be seen the same day. My PCP is usually booked, but they have other doctors or NP that have provided excellent care in those situations.
I spent all morning at the Emergency department in Adrian yesterday because my blood pressure is crazy high and I can’t pass my DOT exam to go back to work. Well this place won’t send over the medication the hospital says for me to take 3 times a day. So now I can’t work?! WTH
Had an appointment for July, made in May. Confirmed it was for July over the phone. Then I recently got a letter that I missed a June appointment. When I called about this, the receptionist was incredibly cold and unhelpful. Especially frustrating that there is no confirmation system other than a human who gives you the wrong month. Based on this experience and the other reviews, I will be looking for a better, more organized and respectful office.
My husband and I have been patients here for years. I refuse to go anywhere else. They do their best working with my schedule when making appointments, they are friendly, and the nurses and doctors are excellent. All of the 1 star ratings appear to me to be people who have made it difficult for the Health Center to treat them.
