The staff works very hard to maintain their excellent reputation. The food was phenomenal. Our only concern was that when we sat, the server, who was amazing, said let me get you some flash fried collards, which were also amazing. But because they were putting them on everyone’s table, we were under the impression that since we didn’t actually ask for them, they were on the house. This place is a must if you’ve never tried it. Every time I’ve been I have been delighted. Take it from me. Try it out.
I’m still sitting in the parking lot because I’m too full to move!!! My food was perfect, the two tending bar were a delight. I will absolutely be returning.
service was lousy and the 2 servers kept calling me sir ....besides that I really enjoyed spending time with my friends
staff is great. everyone seems to work seamlessly together so all patrons are cared for. jose was our waiter and also found out that his mom and him did the recipe for the empanadas...which were delicious. all the flavors just went together so well in all the foods we tried. first time having collards and the fried ones were delicious. all in all a really great time.
The staff was friendly. Food was delicious. Worth the trip. My wife and I plan to travel back in the future.
I love when I look forward to food and it is better than expected. Highly impressed. I'd say this restaurant sets the bar for southern class! — with Alyssa Handley Brady.
