I’m a fan and I love her cookbook. It was fun seeing similar ingredients on the menu. Everything we tried was tasty and different. Each plate was complex. I’m not a food critic so I don’t know exactly how to describe the dishes, but they were interesting with a lot of different flavors and elements.

I live in NYC and juat watch the show..but Seeing how Vivian and Ben run their operations and are so frugal and invested , the farm to table recipes and how Vivian upgrades her dishes has to be wonderful
