We had a great time last night! The food was amazing, service was outstanding, and the atmosphere was wonderful! It was definitely worth the 800 miles to get here!!

I was there last Thursday. The experience was magical! Who knew Flash-Fried Collards were so good? And I had to try the Crispy Pork Belly Skewers (I could have eaten a big plate of those! OMG good!). Followed by the Brittany Ridge Pork Chop (the apple mostarda added a great taste to the chop; the turnip root/green gratin was delicious)! I ended up getting a box for the chop as I was full -- but happy! The staff (from wait staff to Chef and his team) was nothing but amazing; what a well-oiled team. Vivian! The food was spectacular. I've been dying to come to Kinston ever since I read about my fellow Salem alum. Your fabulous creations did not disappoint. Fried collard greens. There are no words. The buffalo milk mozzarella toast melted in my mouth. And ended the night with a sweet potato honey bun for dessert washed down with a Godiva coffee. I am not eating for a month.
