My husband never orders fish at restaurants because he fishes a lot, however he decided to get the trout after seeing a patron beside us receive it. He was very, very impressed! I ordered the shrimp and grits which was delicious. My cocktail made with homemade pear shrub and candied ginger was the best I’ve ever tasted, and I am inspired to make some of my own now.
