The detail shop is one of the best kept secrets in Bowling Green! My 4runner is seven years old and, after today, it looks brand new. They cleaned anything and everything that could possibly have been cleaned. My headlights sparkle! If you want a fantastic detail with trustworthy people, here you go!
Signed up for what I was told was a 1 month plan for half off its original price. I ask the guy multiple times if I would be drafted every month for this and he said "No, I will take care of it". 3 months later I look and I have been drafted two more times for the full price and I could not get a refund. I do not think I am the only one this has happened to and feel like half of there business is a scam.
Worst wash I have been to by far. I pull up, sit at a gate waiting 10 minutes before anyone comes to help... After that I pay for the Impala wash you know expecting it to be decent... Get out inspect my car and I have this blackish gunk on the back half of my car. Customer service could you an improvement at the bypass as well.

Absolutely love this place. Haven’t found any car washing company as convenient as this one. Things like having the floor mat cleaner, the amazing suction on the vacuums, and the amazing customer service. What an great price and car wash. Especially love the one in Franklin, Kentucky & all of the amazing workers who I have grown to know, especially Jaylin. Definitely recommend! :)
