We had the best experience today at the car wash. Everyone was polite and nice. Tim was very helpful to my husband today with the floor mats of his vehicle. Thank you Tim for taking the extra time to help!

I went to cheetah clean yesterday and got an awesome wash and was helped by Brandon W who was very professional.
I've had dried on sap from a pine tree on the hood of my car for months, haven't had any luck getting it removed. When I came through the line today, the manager Ron told me to pull off to the side once I went through the wash. He and Matt came out and personally removed all of the sap and gave me a free re wash. They have a floormat washing station and air wands which really help getting the inside of your car clean. Highly recommend.
I just remembered my membership was on my old phone number and will have to make another one!! But that's the least of this post, Ron was our hero today. I came in for an, always wonderful, car wash and my, not so wonderful, new-to-me car decided to die while I was vacuuming it. This man let us try our poor attempt to use our own jump box to prove unsuccessful, then provided his own, he knew this was going to take real steel and provided his own vehicle to help us.
