I never write a review on anything but after the 4th time of this happening, I will. I have the unlimited plan, and try to go about once a week. However, this is the 2nd day in a row that I’ve pulled up, and waited for approximately 5-7 minutes and nobody has come to wash the car. There’s not even another car at the place.

Trevor and the crew at the 31-W By Pass Location in Bowling Green went above and beyond today! I had black tar from road paving on my rocker panels and the car wash couldn’t get it off but Trevor came out when I was vacuuming the inside and offered to get it off for me. Many thanks Trevor...I greatly appreciate your efforts and customer service.
Wow!! Cheetah Clean is the best car wash in town. They have amazing customer service and have great deals on their unlimited plans! I aways go here when I need to clean my cars.

My son went through there the guy grabbed his mirror to push back and broke it they said they were going to take care of it and it’s been a year and still nothing done. He filled out paperwork but it’s still broke.
I had an amazing visit today. RON was very friendly and made sure my vehicle bc was spotless before I left. And all the other employees was very friendly to. I will def be back. THANKS RON Megan Bullington
If I could give them less than one star I would. The guys at the wash didn’t run my SUV through correctly and the wash ripped my back wheel cover off. Then when no one noticed it was in the car wash, it got drug underneath the next vehicle that came through. The first man I talked to apologized and told me they would take care of it. Today another person called and told me they weren’t going to replace it. When I tried to reason with him he just interrupted me and hung up. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR CAR INTACT!
