This was the first time that I visited Cheetach Clean Auto Wash. I was beyond amazed with the service received by your team member Derek. Prior to my visit, I had never been referred to have the cabin air filter changed and was unsure really the purpose for one. Derek went out of his way to inform me the reason for this filter and I am so thankful he did. I was horrified when he showed me the filter removed. Went to the 31W location. Awesome car wash!!! after my wash one of the managers Derek came over while I was vacuuming and showed me all the new features they added. He also helped me get some road tar off my car and saved me $money with one of their Unlimited Plans which I highly recommend!!!

I have a membership with the car wash in Franklin Kentucky and let me just say it smells a lot better!! It had a smell going through the car wash but they took care of it as soon as possible!! They have all the essential needs to get you car looking brand new! I recommend anyone to use a cheetah clean car wash anywhere!!
When going to cheetah clean i have a good experience as far as my car getting cleaned and the customer service however; there is usually a bad smell going through the wash I felt like it went through my whole car. Today I went through and it smelled amazing ! I’m glad they got it taken care of .
