Bowling green ky location at Veterans memorial we just got a car wash was supposed to be the king extreme but we got the lowest one gazelle and they had new people working truck is still dirty and i am very mad bc i didnt get what i was supposed to get

The bowling green veterans memorial location scratched my paint behind the drivers side door. I noticed it when I got out to find where all the soap had remained (there was a lot) Very easy to see. They claimed a buffing wheel did it. The problem with that statement is a buffing wheel has not been on this vehicle. Looks like I’ll be washing all 3 of my vehicles at other locations moving forward. I would look elsewhere for a car wash unless you don’t mind having your paint scratched.

Service mostly a miss past several times I’ve visited they don’t even touch with pre brush or spray and the reason I come is because I have a large truck I can’t reach windshield and hood to scrub. Been coming since they opened and pay for two cars monthly and leave mad every time cause only 2 or 3 employees do what they used to and others like today watch u drive in and that’s it

People was great!!! I just would not get your car washed up there i paid $25 for the whole thing and i had to leave and go pay $5 at the one in town to clean my tires and around my tires mud and Dirt was still under there its a waste of money!!! Do not go to the one in shepherdsville

I thought they were open until 8pm, but Sheph location closes at 7, they were putting up cones across the drive when I arrived And let me go. This really made a bad situation good and I appreciated the hospitality very much!

Metro was good, now its Cheetah and it SUCKS , blower not working, always shut down for repairs, car comes out with gunk and soap spots

Great car wash and Great customer service!!.. even though it was a chilly morning the two associates were out there pre rinsing and pre-scrubbing my vehicle before entering the car wash... Awesome!!! I definitely would recommend this car wash! This is definitely the best car wash in Shepherdsville!!
