The previous owners had two employees using pressure washer and brush for side panels on vehicles. I have noticed that my truck has not been cleaned very well on the outside passenger and driver side. Anyone else having issues like this? Just doesn’t clean my truck as good as it did with previous owners. I don’t recommend.
i started the monthly service and no longer use it. i have asked numerous times to stop charging me a monthly fee that I don't use. and i continue to be charged.
RecommendedWent to the location in shepherdsville. I had forgotten about the corn hole boards in the bed of the truck. When I was about to get out of line and explained to the attendant why he jumped in the bed of the truck and sat the boards to the side so I didn’t miss out on my free birthday wash. Best customer service by far!

You damaged 2 of our cars mine only 3 months old and my wife's 6 months old . Mine you can see brush marks where it took paint of bumper and my wife's car scratched molding around windows. When you don't stand behind product how do expect to stay in busing
My wife’s brand new car was egged last night. I went to the By pass location in BG since it was the closest car wash to her work. First time ever going there and it was incredible. I explained what had happened and asked what would be the best way to wash it. Sara explained that they would rinse and brush it before and if it didn’t come clean, they would run it through again. This car wash scares me anymore. The first few times it was great! The last time the car in front of me kept breaking and forced me to break and shut the whole system down. This time it shut down again completely stopped and skipped to rinse without fully washing my car. I saw the other reviews about getting scratches. Can’t take that risk. 😱
Been here an hour car wash is broke down and we were next in line and made us drive around and go back to the back of the line to wait again I’ll keep my membership at speed wash

My car is still dirty and covered in soap, it never rinsed my car, and when I got to the blowers they turned off. When I got home I realized I have LARGE scratches down the top of it 😱
