Not only did your Tacoma WA not serve police but, you added to the insult by giving a lame, I don't care response to the issue. Won't return to a restaurant that is disrespecting officers. The manager Will had no confusion. He blatantly kicked them out. There was confusion on your part or his. Your statement alone showed your true feelings on the issue. Classic corprate BS we are sorry but we are not statement.

Since you won't allow on duty, therefore armed law enforcement personnel to eat in your restaurants, I won't be eating in your restaurants. I will tell all my friends and family about this and encourage them to boycott your chain as well. The ironic thing is that if your offices or one of your restaurants were the victim of a crime, the first people you would want there would be armed law enforcement. I do like the food at the Cheesecake Factory. I do think you need to change your menu around. But after reading what the General Manager did by asking police officers to leave the restaurant. Because of a gun policy that does not apply to them. Because they are law enforcement. That is shameful!!!! And the corporate office needs to take action against this manager. I will never eat at a Cheesecake Factory again even though I do not live where this took place.

Heard some factory stores enforcing a no gun policy on uniformed officers in their restaurant. Deplorable. Fyi I carry concealed where ever I go. Pretty stupid you ban kaw enforcement to carry in uniform. You never know when I have mine. Next time you need law enforcement to respond to your resturamys, remember to tell them to leave their guns in their car. No problem...I have their backs.

I just read a story indicating that on duty police officers while in uniform in WA were asked to leave by the manager as they were armed. Are you kidding me????? I have always liked and have patronized CCF, whether locally or when my husband and I have traveled with friends, but after ready the story....bye bye CCF. You disrespect our officers you disrespect those of us with appreciate the law!

I was ate at the Cheesecake factory in Columbus Ohio at the Easton town center location it took 3 hours to be seated food was cold for one. One of my family members had a piece of plastic in her macaroni burger. The manager Kaitlyn sucked she has no customer service skills I just never had a experience like that ever. I will never go to that location again .
