I worked at the cheesecake factory as a dish washer in Brandon FL. very sad shame. the biggest scam is cooks eat free dish washers has to pay for there food. they also use the hotel bus tub set up. servers dump in bus tubs lined down a wall or front and walk away. you have to dump all bus tubs and stack your own plates. if all 5 people dont show up. it wont work. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECIEVED IN TAMPA PLUS THE MANAGER TONY NEEDS TO BE RETRAINED IN HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS. ALSO THE PORTIONS HAS SHRUNK THE CHEESE CAKE FACTORY SERVICE IS BAD THE FOOD IS NO LONGER GREAT STILL EXPENSIVE. AND THE WAITRESS AND WAITERS NEED TO BE TRAINED TO KEEP THIER OPINIONS TO THEMSELVES. At the Friendswood Texas location at Baybrook mall. FYI.....We ate lunch there today. Our silverware was so dirty I scratched it with my fingernail and the grime scratched off. We told our waitress all she said was I’ll get you more, no apology. She brought us more that was wet and I swear the same scratch marks was on there from before. No apology again. I worked in the one in Sarasota FL and they give and new employee 5days to learn and remember anything and give you a test to take and there more you you also have a quiz to take now you have to get 95 percent of the questions right what happened if you don't pass it you might not have a job
We came here for dinner tonight. The meal arrived to the table cold. The waitresses answer was to take it back to the kitchen and warm it. The managers solutions was to bring some warm potatoes because that would make the cold fried asparagus and steak better. Nasty meal I've had out in a while.
