Sebastian at the parts department went above and beyond to get me the parts I needed for my tacoma! Great customer service and knowledgeable of the parts you’re looking for. Most parts guys don’t do it like Sebastian does it!
Front desk part department staff was rude! No idea why!
I'm willing to consider raising my rating to two stars if I receive my part by the end of this week. I was willing to pay a premium (nearly a 400% markup compared to online retailers like toyotapartsdeal.com) for the convenience of getting the part the next day. However, this promise wasn't kept, and my order has been delayed twice. Given the delays, the high price no longer seems justified.
