Poor Customer Service I have a Hyundai and used to frequent this establishment for standard oil changes and any repairs covered under warranty. I work all week and can only run those type of errands on the weekends. The establishment does not allow you to make appointments on the weekends. I've often dropped my car off at 8 a.m. and have waited until 3 or 4 p.m. to pick it up only to find that it was STILL not ready to go. I don't know about you, but my free time is very precious and I have much better things to do than wait... read more
