I was really interested in the 2016 Honda Civic as well as the 2016 Honda HRV so I decided to visit checkered flag . It was a great decision !! Brendan, was extremely helpful with explaining features about both vehicles and he kept me in the loop with everything that was happening . I drove off the lot with brand new 2016 Honda Civic Ex!

Laura Vaughn was a great help in helping me buy my first car. She gave me all the info I needed, let me have a great test drive, and let me pull over into a cool area to give the car a full look around to make sure it looked great. She was not overbearing like some of the car salesman can be and she was a very caring person. She is someone that I would suggest buying a car from for anyone who enjoys nice people, great deals, and honesty.
I just moved to Virginia and it was my first time purchasing a car. Michael helped out alot! I was highly impressed with his level of knowledge and the questions he was able to answer! I bought a 2016 Honda Civic EX on Saturday (my very first really big/new car purchase, as my latest car was used) in which I was very nervous about..Laura was with me every step of the way! I bought my first car the other day and want to give a shout out to Charles. The man never pressured me into anything listened to what I needed and what I wanted while also answering my questions with complete honesty. He was also very patient while I had someone who was not with me on the phone verifying everything for me, he politely waited and even looked up extra information to help me in looking at the average maintenance schedule.
