She is friendly & knowledgeable and explains things so I can understand my options. The repairs have always been perfect. I drive from Sandpoint and pass another Honda repair shop because their customer service was not so stellar. The drive to Spokane Valley is worth the extra miles & time. Thanks Kylee & crew for a great experience every visit.
