Flag Honda's Timeline. Airbag replaced (it was on the recall list) and complimentary inspection. Done -- at no cost. New management is much nicer and courteous.
So from the moment I dropped my car off at services the staff was amazingly helpful and I felt I was leaving my car in good hands they told me what was wrong with car in a timely manner and in ended up having it totaled out. I looked at other dealerships though not one stood out like these guys at Honda Checkered Flag. Hands down best customer service from a car dealership ive ever had. From the time you walk in till the time you leave you just feel welcome. Great lounge area my son loves the play room. Refreshments provided. But most importantly a great staff. Caring, patient and kind. I have been working with Amy Smith and will continue working with her throughout my car search!
